  • Programming Policy

An annual five-day international festival based around the national holiday. St Patrick's Festival programmes a diverse range of arts events which are a celebration of Ireland and Irish people around the world. It supports and develops street theatre in Ireland by supporting emerging talent and showcasing and promoting Irish street theatre and pageant communities. The festival consolidates and develops opportunities for young people and community groups to create and be involved in street arts, and creates opportunities for Irish people to see international street theatre.

St Patrick's theatre actively seeks opportunities to co-commission projects. Project ideas and proposals can be forwarded to the Festval for the attention of the Programme Director.
