| Born in Wales, Mike Kenny worked in Theatre in Education before embarking on his writing career. His speciality is writing for children and he was the first ever recipient of The Children’s Award in 2000 (UK) and winner of The Writers Guild’s Best Children’s Play (UK)in 1998. His plays include PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON, THE ENORMOUS CROCODILE and HO HO HO – all for 3 to 5 year olds. He has written for adults also, including his play CAITLIN, a one-woman show about the wife of Dylan Thomas. His plays Walking the Tight Rope and The Lost Child were produced by Graffiti Theatre Company.
