SHANE CONNAUGHTON

1941 -

Connaughton trained as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He has written plays for the Soho Poly Theatre, the Bubble Theatre, the Half Moon, 7:84, and the Royal National Theatre. His screenwriting credits include My Left Foot, Every Picture Tells a Story, Bottom Dollar and The Playboys. Connaughton's novels include A Border Station and The Run of the Country.
