GERALD MURPHY

Gerald Murphy's first full length play, The Welcome, was given a staged reading by Druid Theatre Company in 2001. His play Take me Away was developed as part of Rough Magic's SEEDS project, in association with the Dublin Fringe Festival. His first radio play Stranger in the Night was broadcast by RTE in 2001, and received a PJ O'Connor Award. Murphy has also written for RTE television's Fair City, and works as a script development consultant for film and animation
