RICHARD HAYWARD

1892 - 1964

Richard Hayward was an actor, writer,director and specialist in Ulster dialect. As well as founding the Belfast Repertory Theatre and co-founding the Belfast Radio Players, Hayward produced over one hundred records as a ballad singer and also wrote a number of plays.
