J. BERNARD MACCARTHY

1888 - 1979

Born in Crosshaven in County Cork, J.Bernard MacCarthy was the author of numerous short stories, plays, and a number of full-length novels. He was very active on the amateur drama scene and collaborated on a number of musical pieces.
