EVA O'CONNOR

c.1990 -

Eva O’Connor is a writer and performer from Co. Clare. She received an MA in Theatre Ensemble from the Rose Bruford Drama School in London where she is based. She established Sunday's Child Theatre Company with collaborator Sophie Fuller while studying English and German at Edinburgh University. Eva was part of the Traverse young writers group and selected for the Traverse 50 in 2014. Her one woman show My Name is Saoirse won the First Fortnight Award at the Dublin Fringe 2014, and the Argus Angel at the Brighton Fringe 2015. A radio version of My Name is Saoirse was broadcast on RTE Radio 1 in April 2015.
