JULIAN GOUGH

Julian Gough was born in London, reared in Tipperary and educated in Galway. He now lives in Berlin. His novels include 'Juno & Juliet' and 'Jude in Ireland', 'Jude in London', both shortlisted for the Wodehouse Prize for comic fiction. His stories have won the BBC National Short Story Award, and America's Pushcart Prize. His collected poetry amd song lyrics were recently published and his shorter work appears everywhere from Stinging Fly to the New York Times. His play 'The Great Goat Bubble' is based on a story which was the first short story ever published by the Financial Times.
