  Seán, a thirty-something Irishman, sets out on a journey around the world. When his Bulgarian travelling companion presents him, somewhere in Nepal, with a copy of the Constitution of Ireland, it is the beginning of a voyage he did not quite intend: a tour of the outside world's misconceptions about Ireland.
