  • Synopsis

    A play loosely based on the life of the poet Donnchadha Ruadh Mac Conamara. Set in a tavern in Newfoundland, the poet uses his gift of impromptu rhyming in English and in Irish but a row eventually breaks out between sour Irish sailors and English sailors.
