    The fascinating true story of Eliza Rosanna Gilbert, Countess of Landesfeld. Born to a teenaged mother in County Sligo in 1821, Gilbert re-invented herself as Spanish dancer Lola Montez.Travelling across Europe in a whirlwind of adventure and romance, Montez embarked on a series of scandalous love affairs with Franz Lizst, Alexandre Dumas and King Ludwig of Bavaria amongst others, earning herself the reputation of 'the most outrageous woman in the world'.
